Welcome!

The Madison Monona Lioness Lions Club was chartered June 7, 2021. We look familiar because we have been here as a Lioness Club, chartered in 1976. We became a full-fledged Lions club because as of June 30, 2021 Lioness Clubs are no longer permitted by Lions Clubs International.

We believe in and support the same Lions projects as before including the beautiful Lions Camp, children's vision screening, eyeglass and hearing aid recycling program, and diabetes awareness.

We also support ALS Wisconsin Chapter, Autism Society of South Central WI, Badger Honor Flight, Bethel Lutheran Church Food Pantry, Camp Createability, Clean Lakes Alliance, DAIS of Dane County, Friends of Lake Kegonsa, GiGi's Playhouse, Gilda's Club, Gio's Garden, Girls On The Run South Central WI, Lions Camp of Wisconsin, Lions Eye Bank - Donators Family Fund, Luke House, Monona Canine Unit, Monona Farmers Market, Monona Senior Center, NAMI of Dane County, The Hat Ladies, Occu Paws, Reach Out & Read Wisconsin, Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern WI, Simpson St Free Press, Special Olympics Wisconsin Chapter- Monona, St Stephens Food Pantry, St. Vincent DePaul Pharmacy, Stuff the Bus, The River Food Pantry, The Village Diaper Bank, and Three Gaites.

We also do our best to support the community including scholarships to both Monona Grove and LaFollete high school seniors that are entering college in the health field, food pantries, Monona Munchies, Stuff the Bus school supplies drive, and the Little Library at Schluter Beach Park. We donate money to various community organizations that are too numerous to mention.

Our monthly meetings are held at 5:30 PM, generally the first Monday of the month, at Tully's II Food and Spirits at 6401 Monona Drive, Monona, WI. Please see the website calendar for dates.

If you would like to join us for a meeting to "check us out", please contact one of our officers or send us an email at madisonmononalionesslions@gmail.com.
